إن الأمن اليوم أصبح الهاجس الأكبر الذي يعكر صفو الدول، و الذي تسعى إلى تحقيقه سواء وطنيا و إقليميا أو على مستوى الأفراد و انعدامه سوف يؤثر بالسلب على أمنها و يعتبر الأمن بأبعاده المختلفة حجر الأساس الذي يقوم عليه الاستقرار و التنمية و تسعى دول الساحل المنضوية تحت رابطة علماء و دعاة و أئمة دول الساحل و بتشجيع من الجزائر لخلق هذه الآلية من أجل نشر قيم السلم و الوسطية و الاستقرار و محاربة التطرف، و الإرهاب، من خلال وضع آليات و أطر تحقق بها هذه الدول أمنها الفكري
Abstract EN
Today, states seek to achievesecurity and in whichstability and development are achieved, and the League of Scholars, Advocates and Imams of the Sahel countries, with the encouragement of Algeria, seeks to createthismechanism in order to spread the values of peace, stability, fight and terrorism, by setting up mechanisms by whichthese countries achievetheirintellectualsecurity.
