يحاول هذا البحث دراسة سياق الموقف، كونه قرينة غير لغوية استعان بها الأصوليون لفهم النصوص الشرعية خاصة و اللغوية بشكل عام، و منه استثمار الخطاب لاستنباط الأحكام.
و هو الأمر الذي يؤكده اللغويون المحدثون في مباحث علم الدلالة، من ضرورة دراسة النصوص ضمن السياق الذي وردت فيه

This research attempts to study the context of the situation, as it is a non-linguistic presumption that the fundamentalists used to understand the legal texts in particular and linguistic texts in general, and from it the use of discourse to derive judgments.
