Abstract EN

The present study aimed to investigate the relation of religiosity and mental health, through the application of the comprehensive Islamic religiosity questionnaire, and the abbreviated public health questionnaire on a sample of 127 male and female students of various disciplines in the universities of Oran State.

After analyzing the results, the study concluded that there is a correlation between the following three components of religiosity (Practice, Relationships, and Religious Development) and the mental health of university students, while there was no correlation between the fourth component (belief) and mental health.
