يلعب التدريب الأكاديمي دورا هاما في تطوير المهارات و القدرات الازمة لأداء مهمة معينة من خلال الربط بين الدراسات النظرية والواقع العملي.
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تبيان مدى فعالية برامج التدريب في تحسين نوعية أداء الترجمان المبتدئ، و كذلك تسليط الضوء على أهم المناهج التعليمية الخاصة بتدريب مترجمي المؤتمرات، مع ايلاء اهتمام خاص للترجمة التعاقبية التي ينظر إليها على أنها المرحلة الأساسية في هذا التكوين للدخول إلى عالم الترجمة الفورية للمؤتمرات
Abstract EN
Academic training plays an important role in improving trainee's skills, knowledge, and abilities needed in the execution of a particular task.
The current study aims to demonstrate the efficacy of conference interpreter training programs, and also to shed light on the main curriculums, with special attention being paid to the consecutive mode, which is viewed as a stepping stone to conference interpreter training.
