Since the nature of conflict is based on the social structures that make up societies and the nature of social patterns and systems, this article was presented with the aim of looking for conflict factors that are varied and vary according to the nature of society and different culture, From the point of view of contemporary conflict theory, which includes indicators and indications related to power and authority, and conflicts of interest, the aim is to identify the challenges faced by working women and confront the cultural ideology of Algerian society, by analysing and diagnosing them, especially in urban areas, This study ends in the end to identify the different social determinants that govern feminist work.
