Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to contribute to the revival of the jurisprudential and fundamental heritage that the scholars have left behind and to benefit from it in correcting contemporary jurisprudential jurisprudence, and from the value of this heritage, the researches related to the knowledge of the purposes of Islamic law, As long as it is related to the colleges, this alone is sufficient for the importance and necessity of ijtihad.

This research has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1 - the importance of the Makassid colleges and their legal shields so that the jurist can take them into account in his jurisprudence.

2 - The assumption that the purposes of the Shari'a is not one of the rulings of the law and its origins, but of the purposes of college.

3 - the scholars limited the purposes of legislation in three purposes of college: necessities, needs, and improvements
