Students use Facebook in order to communicate with their university environment, or for other reasons within the framework of the services and benefits provided by this technology, which creates over time a virtual social fabric, whose members share commonalities، Not only benefit from mere communication, the exchange of different interests and spending time, but also having social relationship.

This virtual friendship that has been accompanied by the globalization of the media on the Facebook platforms, research is being conducted to reveal some of its angles by answering the main question: Does the virtual student friendship Facebook enable social relationships? The descriptive survey method was relied upo، in a field study based on a research sample from the universities of Prince and Saleh Boubnider in Constantine, during a period of two months, the study concluded by mentioning the characteristics of Facebook friendship, its benefits and obstacles, and the extent to which student behavior is affected by it.
