Abstract EN

This article, which takes a theoretical form supported by a fieldwork experience among the national security members as a clinical psychologist, aims at highlighting the role of the clinical specialist within the police, which is characterized by being a pressurizing, difficult and sensitive profession and how his interventions are in this role and the tools he uses in practice.

The article also discusses the difficulties facing the specialist an d ends by suggesting solutions in order to improve the level of performance of clinical practice within this institution, as well as to achieve psychological health and an outstanding professional performance in the work of the human potential within the police organization.
