The organization aims to achieve results and goals for it, including improving its performance in quantity and quality, and using various material, moral, technical and human resources, the latter being the most important of all, so activating the human resource and modifying its behavior, skills and knowledge through training is important in order to achieve the performance and achievements that the institution aspires to.

This study aimed to know the requirements of the quality of training and its impact on the overall performance of the economic organization.
