Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify social auditing and how it contributes to improving the performance of human resources in public administrations, by studying the case of the general inspectorate of finance, and to investigate the opinions of the respondents about the variables of this topic.

a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the staff of the means management in the general inspectorate of finance, where it was distributed (30) a questionnaire was all recovered, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that social auditing contributes through its tools and applications to diagnosing and evaluating human resource management activities and revealing the causes of negative phenomena resulting from the imbalance in these activities and this is in order to improve the performance of human resources (efficiency and effectiveness) in the administration under study.
