Abstract EN

Praise be to Allaah, the lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our master and prophet, Muhammad, and his family and companions in general, peace be upon him in abundance until the day of judgement.

the topic of this research is: "conditions of command according to the scholars of usul (fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence)" and the nature of the research necessitated its division into: an introduction–which includes: the research rationale, the literature review, the research limitations, the research plan, the research methodology-, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion, the bibliography and index of topics.

the study in general aims to define command in the linguistic sense, the its technical definition, and an highlight of the disagreement between the scholars on this, then an highlight of the conditions of command according to the scholars of usul, and the scholarly disagreement on those conditions, and the mention of the most preferred opinion, and the benefit of the disagreement.
