Abstract EN

Malik bin Nabi aimed through his series of writings under the title of "Problems of The Civilization" to discover the reasons of the intellectual setback suffered by the Muslim Community and led to its stagnation and the failure to construct the civil event, so he pointed on the places where the problems lay in our nation and tried to prescribe the appropriate solutions.

Therefore, this study has been done to focus on the objective conditions " To build society in the Islamic world " according to Malik bin Nabi's perspective and his intellectual contributions related to on the concept of the term society and the reasons of the deterioration of the Islamic societies, as well as the foundations and the prospects for its construction in accordance with the spirit of the age and its mechanisms.
