Summary: There is scientific debate between scholars and researchers about the nature and dynamism of organizational culture at the level of the algerian institutions, though the researches and the different studies about it.

As it expresses the logic of the organizational behavior of workers and the general strategy formulated by the institution, because it carries with it organizational values that work to achieve coordination between the basic operations and the requirements of the extemal environment, including the general culture pattem of the local communty.

All this draws the feature of the professional identity of the algerian worker, and achieves a sustainable competitive advantage for the institution as a whole Therefore, we try in our current study to extrapolate the previous informations and the various field studies of organizational culture in the algerian institution
