تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن صعوبات تطبيق التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19 من وجهة نظر عينة من أساتذة وطلبة جامعة الوادي، استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتكونت العينة من (50) أستاذا و(170) طالبا تم اختيارهم بطريقة ميسرة، وقد بينت النتائج أن جملة الصعوبات تندرج ضمن ثلاث محاور رئيسة هي: صعوبات مرتبطة بالأساتذة، وصعوبات مرتبطة بالطلبة، وصعوبات مرتبطة بالظروف الفيزيقية، وقد تم اقتراح بعض العوامل المساعدة على إنجاح نظام التعليم عن بعد في المرحلة الجامعية.
Abstract EN
The current study aims to reveal the difficulties of applying distance education in light of the COVID-19 pandemic from the point of view of a sample of el-Oued university professors and students.
the two researchers used the exploratory descriptive method, and a form has been distributed to a sample of professors (50) and students (170).
they have been asked open-ended question.
the groups have been chosen accidentally.
the results showed that all the difficulties fall into three main axes: difficulties related to teachers, difficulties related to students, and difficulties related to physical conditions.
some factors that help the success of the distance education system at the university level have been suggested.
