Through this paper, we seek to answer the question: do primary education teachers use electronic media in education? are the necessary electronic media available for use in the field of education? we started the study by putting forward the two hypotheses as follows: primary education teachers use electronic media in education- the electronic media necessary for their use in the field of education are not available.

a sample consisting of 15 professors from two primary schools in the city of Algiers was selected, and the results were as follows: teachers do not use electronic media in education except rarely, and primary schools do not have electronic media for use in education.
