Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to reveal the reality of the teaching performance of physical education and sports teachers, as well as to highlight the differences that exist between them according to gender and professional experience variables.

as part of the descriptive survey methodology, the study was carried out on (29) physical education and sports teachers in middle education colleges of the Wilaya of Khenchela, and the questionnaire was used as a tool of investigation.

the results of the study revealed: - high level of educational performance in the dimensions of lesson planning and implementation and low in the dimension of evaluation.

- there are no differences between teachers in teaching performance according to gender and work experience variables in all dimensions.
