Abstract EN

This research aims to cover the various aspects of the training process after service in the educational system as a whole.

the research was conducted on a sample of 66 male and female teachers in primary education, during which the researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool.

the study found a high assessment of the role of training after service in improving the teacher’s performance in terms of planning and implementation of the lesson, as well as a medium assessment in terms of classroom control and a high assessment in the axis of students’ evaluation.
