This scientific paper attempts to address the topic of the Holy Qur'an and its role in building human and social values; starting from the human being who is the first nucleus in building civilization, and Malik bin Nabi's interest in the religious idea asa constituent and compound factor closely linked to his civilizational project.

All the values stipulated in the Qur'an, are based on social and moral principles, are purely Islamicrequirements that seek to purify itself and build a virtuous society.

Malik bin Nabi linked the Qur'anic phenomenon with the Muhammadan reality in building values, considering that Muhammad, my God bless him, and grant him peace; is the role model for Muslims and from him all values flow.
