In this work, we will try to extrapolate the history of the scout organization and identify the aspects that characterized it during the colonial phase by: -monitoring the political action by presenting events and their development since the founding of the scout movement until independence day.

getting closer to knowing the most important historical events that surrounded the conditions of the emergence of this organization in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to the national movement.

we try to present the scouting organization by knowing the national dimension and direction, and this is to highlight aspects of the systematic educational work, and to identify the local scout participation in the cultural and social movement and how it played a prominent and influential role in the forms of public resistance.
