Do economic enterprises follows financial behavior compatible with hierarchical finance theory?: an empirical study during the period 2012-2016

Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to test the extent to which hierarchical finance theory is applied in the reality of kuwaiti companies during the period 2012-2016, using the standard method through panel data.

The study was dealt with presenting previous studies and theoretical framework of the hierarchical finance theory, as well as the method, tools.

the study found that kuwaiti companies depend on about 71% of retained earnings to finance growth of its assets, and depend on debt by about 45%.

This financing behavior compatible with theory.

Le but de l'etude est de tester dans quelle mesure la theorie de la finance hierarchique est appliquee dans la realite des entreprise kuwaitienne au cours de la periode 2012-2016.

En utilisant l'approche standard a travers des donnees panel.

La recherche a été traite en presentant les etudes anterieures et le cadre theorique de la hierarchical finance theorie, la methode, les outils.

l'etude a conclu les entreprises dependent d'environ 71% des benefices non distribues pour financer la croissance des actives, et le dette d'environ 45%.

Ce comportement coherent avec la theorie.
