Mediation is considered one of the amicable methods for settling commercial and investment disputes, in light of the current global trend that seeks to abandon traditional litigation systems to alternative amicable dispute settlement systems.

Through this research; we review the concept of mediation, the nature of the agreement and its forms, and the disputes that are not accepted for settlement, as well as those disputes that accept settlement through mediation.

This in addition to studying the effects of the mediation agreement in terms of the obligation and rights of the parties to the commercial and investment dispute resulting from the mediation agreement.
