The study aims to highlight the composition of the Constitutional Court, as set out in the Constitutional Amendment of 2020, which, through its texts, appeared to be not in the composition of the Constitutional Court compared with the previous Constitutional Council.

He has introduced new guarantees and conditions for membership of the Constitutional Court that enshrine the independence and impartiality of its members, which are particularly prominent in his requirement of expertise and competence in law for appointment s immunity, as well as its diversity in the composition of the Constitutional Court.

Despite the constitutional founder's efforts to enshrine the independence of the members of the Constitutional Court, guarantees of effective independence for its members remain ent under the interference of the President of the Republic in their appointment and election.
