Local administration is a tool of development, aiming to increase the efficiency of administrative performance in the state, through which the state takes care of citizens’ concerns and achieve their interests, but its adoption of the classic administration method is no longer able to respond to requirements of the current era and the speed of change in it.

based on that the digitization became a necessity for the state to enable it to improve the performance of its services to individuals, so does it really contribute to alleviating complex procedures on the one hand, and reducing administrative corruption in the local administration and increasing its credibility and transparency on the other hand? this is what we will try to search in this scientific paper, trying to reach practical results.
