The transplantation of human organs is considered one of the medical works that has caused great controversy among jurists, medicine, religious scholars and sociologists, and many discussions and studies have arisen in the scientific and jurisprudential forums, and at the same time it imposed its proper framework in order to achieve its goal given the dangers it entails to the physical safety and the service it provides, the benefit and the social interest, a balance must be made between the risks and the interest that the patient can benefit from and the safety of the donor, and therefore it was necessary to set controls and conditions for this process in order to preserve the health of the donor and a service is provided to the beneficiary.
