Abstract EN

Fashion and art have always played an important role in society and culture.

The colourful and imaginative array of clothing and art designs that humans have developed over time can reveal a lot about their lifestyle and civilization at different times.

The purpose of this article is to highlight the evolution of fashion in England during the Renaissance Era, with particular emphasis on its contribution to the development of English artistic movements.

It heavily relies on books and authentic documents to provide a detailed description of art and fashion in sixteenth-century England with particular reference to the Tudors as the major cast.
