This study aimes to clarify the mechanism that allou to mitigate the risks of E-disclosure in the business environment in Algeria.

To achieve this objective we have relied the descriptive approach to analyze the theoretical framework of the E-disclosure in Algeria, and we have designed and distribute a questionnaire to explore the opinions of a sample of academics and professionals in Algeria about the appropriate mechanisms to mitigate the E-disclosure Risks.

The results show that the information technology is the source of the most E-disclosure risks in Algeria, where the issue of the information security and the increasing of the information technology cost impact are the most critical risks may face the E-disclosure in Algeria.
