This study aims to identify the importance of applying some principles of governance within sports facilities, in order to achieve management efficiency, enhance trust between it and the players and the public, and strengthen the facility's management, in order to achieve the objectives of the study and to test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was prepared and analyzed using the spss statistical program, where 30 forms were distributed to the employees of the neighborhood sports complex in AFLO, and the desired goal of the study was achieved.

perhaps the most important results reached, is that it considers the human resource and material means, in addition to spreading the idea of governance with all its principles, among the basic requirements that contribute to achieving the application of governance principles within sports facilities in Algeria.
