Since its national independence, Algeria has built cooperation relations with its immediate surroundings (neighboring countries) and with the great powers, the basis of which is the law in concluding agreements, conventions, protocols, treaties and other bilateral and multilateral pacts and instruments, covering various fields, economic, scientific, cultural, diplomatic and consular.

In these relations, our country has built partnerships, aiming behind them, especially acquiring the elements of modern technology, national production of self-sufficiency and export outside of hydrocarbons, as it has achieved a qualitative leap in various fields, which still need to be deepened and developed, by pursuing economic and legal reforms and activating diplomatic work.
