The International criminal court, is an international mechanism for resolving the conflicts' who defines in the article 05 from its statute, by the public lawsuit exactly with the assignment, but without consideration about the party who gives the assignment, if the states parties, non parties states or about prosecutor, all that according to a specific procedures and cases that included in the Rome statute.
