: The principal of good will in the stage of traditional negotiation in general and negotiation of contracts concluded through electronic means especially a vital role in achieving the security, the french legislator to amend the french civil code in2016 to impose the principal of good will in this stage while ad hering to the two main obligations of it, namely the obligation to inform and the obligation the confidentiality of information, neither the Algerian and Egyptian legislators, the purpose of our research is demonstrate the importance of extending the principal of good will into the negotiation stage which the French legislator, has a positive role in enhancing the security of this stage
