هدف البحث هو ابراز قيمة تخصص قاضي الأحداث و مدى تأثيره في التصدي لظاهرة انحراف الأحداث لاسيما في المجتمع الجزائري.
إن فكرة تخصص قاضي الأحداث و التي هي من مقتضيات السياسة الجنائية الحديثة كانت محل اهتمام التشريع الدولي والوطني لما لها من أثر بين في تحقيق حماية فعالة للطفل الجانح، لاسيما وأن تطور العلوم الجنائية حتم على قاضي الأحداث ضرورة التخصص في هذا المجال
Abstract EN
The research aims to show the value of the juvenile judge's specialization and its impact in addressing the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, especially in Algerian society.
The idea of specializing in a juvenile judge, which is one of the requirements of modern criminal policy, has been the focus of international and national legislation because of its apparent impact in achieving effective protection for a delinquent child, especially since the development of criminal science made it necessary for a juvenile judge to specialize in this field
