Abstract EN

: The Alimony Fund Law is one of the most important laws developed in the Algerian legal arsenal, because of its great importance aimed at ensuring the rights of some vulnerable groups in society, especially children in custody and custodial divorced women.

The fund is based on the social and cultural upbringing of Algerian society and the dependent spirit of women, not to mention some economic challenges as well as some legal obstacles that it encountered, which actually limited the effectiveness of this fund.
