Some legislation announced to look into the traditional concept of the bankruptcy system by developing mechanisms without stopping the company from paying its debts beside preventing it from bankruptcy and the amicable settlement was one of the most successful mechanisms that proved its success in this field by providing the afflicted company the negotiation right with its creditors to arrive to an agreement that includes postponing the payment of debts, divide debts or to abandon some of it which allows the continuity of the company's activity.

However, until nowadays the Algerian project didn't determine special precautionary measures regarding the afflicted companies and the project was only limited to later remedial measures, like the judicial reconciliation that the company uses when it stops from paying its debts.
