Abstract EN

The project to digitize the local administration, led by the municipality, is considered one of the major workshops launched by the Algerian State in recent years with the aim of reducing the gap between the administration and the citizen.

Information and communication technology has been gradually introduced at the municipal level, and a gradual transition has begun to take place to the electronic municipality model, thus moving from the traditional public services to the electronic public servives system, with the aim of bringing the administration closer to the citizen and improving the relationship between them.

This study is important because it shows how digitizing the municipal facilities in general and a municipality that looks after Bainan in particular has contributed to the provision of electronic public services that meet the aspirations of sitizens.

The municipality has made a qualitative leap in improving the quality of its electronic public services, despite the obstacles it faced, which have led to the satisfaction of citizens to a large extent.
