The technology is an important tool in the individual's life, its ensures the exchange of information through various ways of communications and information systems, as a result the financial sector based on cyber financial transactions, these developments fueled by financial globalization, there is a new kind of criminal commit a financial crimes through the easy opportunities offered, it has emerged from what exists in the real world.

The main objective of this paper is to study the crime of cyber-laundering as a modern crime at the stage of development, as well as an assessment of the methods of its commission, also proposing adequate solutions to counter and reduce this crime.
