Notarial profession is one of the important means to ensure the stability of economic transactions and encourage investment.

It also helps the judiciary to resolve disputes, by enabling it to have means of proof, and provide stability for transactions, not to mention that, through authentication, investors' rights and funds are protected.

This paper highlights the important role that the notary plays, or can play, in providing legal security for investment contracts, in general, and for concession contracts in the field of investment property, in particular.
