قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر هو أساس موارد الدولة من العملة الصعبة، حاولت الدولة النهوض به من الجانب القانوني و العملي لمسايرة المتطلبات الداخلية و الخارجية.
ثلاث قوانين أساسية صدرت في سنوات 2005-2013 و 2019 تكرس رغبة الدولة الجزائرية في جلب الإستثمار الأجنبي من أجل تطوير القطاع و الإنتفاع به أكثر
Abstract EN
The oil sector is the Algerian main external resource of hard currency.
There fore, Algeria had tried to raise it through legal and operational aspects to meet the internal and external needs.
Three main lows have been promulgated in 2005, 2013 and 2019, that embodied the desire of Algerian state to bring external investment to develop more the sector.
