The legislator has regulated the freedom of individuals when carrying out work on their buildings with the obligation to obtain a demolition permit wihin the framwork of compliance with legal conditions and to take measures to protect the built environment that is why its scope has been defined in culturel heritage buidings and buildings threatering ruin.

Environmental protection is taken into consideration when preparing a demolition permit by submitting a technical file, when it is prepared by the single window at the municipality level, when it is issued by the mayor and when it is implemented.
