تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز أهمية الأطراف الفاعلة في تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري، زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات.
وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان الجزائر يمكنها تحقيق الإقلاع الاقتصادي بالاهتمام أكثر بالقطاع الخاص و المؤسسات الناشئة، الصغيرة و المتوسطة، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و الانفتاح التجاري على السوق الافريقية، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على هيكل و حجم التصدير خارج المحروقات خاصة في ظل تحالف أزمتي كورونا و النفط
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to highlight the importance of actors in diversifying the Algerian economy, increasing GDP and export development outside fuel.
The study found that Algeria could achieve more attention to the private sector and emerging, small and medium enterprises, foreign direct investment and commercial openness on the African market, by highlighting the structure and export volume outside the fuel, especially under the coalition of Corona crisis and oil.
