Teaching Arabic in Italy is a field in which there are few studies and research, especially by Arab scholars, This research aims to reach the Italian society and try to trace how the Arabic language is taught there from two aspects: the first is in terms of the development of interest in teaching it as a foreign language that differs from all European languages, and the second is in terms of the approach applied to its teaching, and we will focus in this on the common European framework for teaching foreign languages, And whose recommendations led to the teaching of Arabic dialects alongside the standard Arabic, and we will try to clarify the impact of the problems of this approach in teaching Arabic.
