This paper examines both a historical and linguistic issue, as it examines the "Algerian resistance" to colonialism, but in its linguistic aspect.

It discussed the concept of linguistic resistance and other concomitant concepts, the most important of which is its opposite, that is, linguistic resistance and imperialism, tracing the path of this resistance through what the French colonizer planned and what he imposed of linguistic dominance on Algerian society.

The problem of the work was: How did the Algerians resistance the linguistic colonization of the French language?
