The problem of the study revolves around the right to express an opinion because of its importance, but like all other rights, it is subject to the principle of responsibility and duty, and that the laws are different, but they agree in the aggregate that there is no place for such a thing as solute freedom of expression, and therefore the phenomenon of intellectual anomalies in understanding freedom, which is reflected in the case of behavioral and practical anomalies that does not differentiate between : freedom and defamation, between freedom and abuse, between freedom and ridicule, and between freedom of expression and the duty to respect religious sanctities, especially Islamic ones that witnessed frenzied campaigns by the Western media.

the mockery and insult to which the master of all creation, our master Muhammad, peace be upon him, was subjected through satirical caricatures, made us seek to confront these media contents and denounce them in order to restore honor to our honorable messenger.
