تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس و تحليل اثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1986-2019) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة الموزعة (ARDL) لقياس العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين، أما بالنسبة للبيانات التي تم استخدامها في الدراسة فقد تحصلنا على بيانات أسعار النفط من موقع منظمة OPEC، و بيانات النمو الاقتصادي فقد اعتمدنا على بيانات البنك الدولي WDI.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات و التي من أهمها أن الجزائر دولة ريعية، يتأثر اقتصادها بشكل كبير بتقلبات أسعار النفط إما إيجابا أو سلبا، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين أسعار النفط و النمو الاقتصادي
Abstract EN
This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of oil prices fluctuations on the Economic Growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2017) the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) to estimate the relationship between these two variables, In terms of the data on which the study was based, we obtained oil price data from the Organization of OPEC however, we used data from the World Bank WDI in terms of the Economic Growth data series.
The study found a number of conclusions; the most important of which is that Algeria is a country with a rural economy that is affected by oil prices fluctuations, either positively or negatively, and there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between oil prices and the Economic Growth
