This manuscript is of great importance, because it is one of the anecdotes and subtleties of the issues of the term hadith for Moroccans.

Its author is also considered one of the most famous Moroccan scholars investigators.

This research also answers questions about its scientific value, and the status of its author.

This research aims to show this rare manuscript to be found in Islamic libraries, and to serve the heritage of the Prophet’s hadith in general, especially the heritage of Abu al-Fayd Hamdoun al-Fassi.

In his study, he followed the historical method, in the historical translation of the author of the manuscript; The approach to text verification, in extracting the text as intended by the author; It was divided into: an introduction to the definition of the research, a statement of its importance, the problem, the objectives, the research method, and its plan .
