تم التعرض للحالات المحددة في قانون الإجراءات المدنية و الإدارية و قانون الاجراءات الضريبية لرفع الدعوى الضريبية الاستعجالية أمام القاضي الإداري

SummaryThis research aims to study the conditions and cases of filing a tax lawsuit before the administrative judge by determining the objective and formal conditions to be respected by the taxpayer.
The cases specified in the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure and the Code of Tax Procedure have been subjected to the filing of an urgent tax action with the administrative judge.
