The management body exercises the authority to issue administrative decisions as a public authority, with the aim of achieving the public interest, but the management body may deviate from that and therefore it is inevitable to terminate the illegal administrative decision, as the administrative grievance is considered one of the friendly means to end administrative decisions by the unilateral will of the management body, This is either by canceling or withdrawing the illegal decision, and the aggrieved person also avoids the slowness of administrative litigation procedures and the ence of an efficient judiciary and slow justice.

Therefore, this research aims to study the administrative grievance by studying its definition and determining its types and conditions and the dusty legal effects on the grievance.
