Plants are among the element of natural environment, they are threatened by the danger of destruction and extinction, because of natural and human effects because human beings use them to improve their economic and social conditions, as they have an immense importance in terms of environment, health and development which should call for the Algerian law take action and work towards protecting them to assure their safety for the upcoming generations.
