Abstract EN

: This study examines determining the modern approach to the principle of sovereignty, in light of a set of variables and developments that contributed to shaping the structure of the international system in its current state, as well as trying to anticipate future prospects for the concept of sovereignty in light of these challenges.

From this standpoint, the problems that this study will address mainly revolve around redefining the principle of sovereignty and implementing the concept of relative and limited sovereignty, and diminishing their role in the scope of mutual international relations that will take steady and increasing at least in the near future.
