Summary: Many Arab countries recently went through a time that was characterized by a number of significant collapses that some regimes witnessed, both economically and financially, or from the political and social point of view and the resulting tensions, unrest and popular revolutions that touched many social groups demanding reform or complete change.

The main feature for the beginning of the twenty-first century, especially after the events of the last decade was the great trend towards the methods of good governance for an administration.

This has unveiled the big need for governments within many Arab countries.

The "Government" is considered one of the new terms that invaded the Arab region recently, in line with the new global trend that calls for respecting the principles of transparency in governance, the rule of law, human rights and democracy.

Therefore, some Arab countries rushed to ride the wave of change and tried to adapt themselves to this new situation linked not only to the survival of their political systems in government, but also to the fate of these countries that have become threatened with extinction and the fate of their peoples and economie
