Public procurements are the best systems for enbodying public projects in various sectors it guarantees the best use of state funds, there fore, the Algerians legislator regulated it with special and strict mechanism when concluded, to protect the public funds and the contracting client at the same time, exept the emergence of the corona pandemic it imposed its rules on all countries of the world, and in all areas, including contractual obligations which is the public deals one of the important aspects.

And up on it, and in the context of preventing and controlling the spread of the corona virus, (covid 19) epedemic, the Algerian legislator has difined special measures, adapting to the procedures for concluding public deals in the line with the current circumstances taking into account the interest of the contracting client and the public interest.
